The editorial seems to assume that the entire blog was the work product of the individual "initiating" the Weblog. But couldn't a blog consist of entries submitted by a variety of individuals ?
In that case, oughtn't each __individual__ own the copyright in the text he wrote ?
But if an entry was submitted by (and is signed by) "A. Nonymous", who then should be asked for permission, say to copy the text ?
