To answer a question put here re my editorial....I do think that a Web Blog Policy could be part of other employee or IP policies in an organization. Like all policies, it can be shortly or lengthy and include minimal or much information. If I were advising an organization, I would probably go for the "short" policy at this point and keep its contents to ethical and confidentiality issues, as well as some copyright permission (use of company content) and copyright ownership issues. As the whole concept of Blogs is still relatively new, an essential part of any related policy is to have a regular review of such policies with a quick mechanism to adapt them to the times.
