The District of Columbia Bar Intellectual Property Law Section cordially invites you to attend the Spring 2005 Reception on Thursday, May 5, 2005, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the fountain courtyard at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 717 Madison Place, NW, Washington, DC. Enjoy hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and beverages (spirits and soft drinks) while you meet, reconnect and network with members of Washington, D.C.'s intellectual property legal community. Invited guests include Judges from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, speakers from recent and upcoming D.C. Bar IP programs, and IP faculty from local law schools. Armando Irizarry, Counsel for Intellectual Property to the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, will offer brief remarks. Registration is $25 for DC Bar IP Section Members and $50 for others.

You can join the IP Section for $17 (for membership through end of DC Bar fiscal year ending on June 30) and attend the reception, and future IP Section events, at the Section member rate. Unfortunately, that option does not appear on the online form. To take advantage of this option, you would need to print the form, note you want to join the Section, and mail or fax the form to the DC Bar Office with your check or credit card information. Note that you need not be a member of the DC Bar in order to join the DC Bar's IP Law Section.
