All Supreme Court case come down by the end of the fiscal year, June 30th, with rare exceptions. Stay tuned for the decision this month.
On export control, the greatest living expert on this is Dick Burgess. Give him a call.. He is a former DUPONT attorney who has this as a specialty. If anyone can answer your questionsm both in and out of IP, its Dick.

Subject: [CNI-(C)] Export control list?
This is mostly bit off-topic for this list, but I'm hoping that there's enough overlap that some members can help me on this.
I'm in-house counsel, and recently took over responsibility for export control, in addition to my IP role. I know the basic ideas of export control, but not the jargon and export categories, and the specific details of certain restrictions.
Can anyone refer me to any online resources that provide a good "Export Control for Dummies"? I've looked at the various governmental web sites
(there are multiple agencies and departments with responsibility in this
area) and as would be expected, each deals only with its own area. I'm looking for a more holistic approach.
If anyone's aware of any mailing lists on this topic, that would be particularly helpful.
And, just to throw in a little copyright content, to qualify this post: any bets on when the Supreme Court will issue its Grokster decision? I just started teaching my Copyright Law class at Santa Clara University School of Law yesterday, and I'm hoping the decision comes out before I get to third-party liability. When's court recess, anyway?
