We really need a Deep Throat who is willing to "leak" the reports from Westlaw to the public. :-) (For those who do not know what I am talking about, Westlaw imposes a lot of restrictions on the subscribers that they are not generally allowed to redistribute what they have received from Westlaw even though some of the materials are in the public domain. Westlaw is not alone in this. Many other legal publishers do the same.)

For those who want to know more about the case, http://www.masons.com/pdf/mclr443-56.pdf seems to be very excellent summary although there are many more summaries out on the Internet. I learned this webpage from Dogpile search machine (http://www.dogpile.com).
