Although the news is all over the places, it must be mentioned here. :-)

The U.S. Supreme Court has vacated the judgment of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit regarding the case Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. et al. v. Grokster, Ltd., et al. and remanded the case for more proceedings.
