The court record shows that a new, independent objection
was filed last week by writer Anita Bartholomew. Acting
“pro se,” or without representation by an attorney,
Bartholomew asked Judge Daniels to void the License by
Default provision. She used a terrific analogy to
illuminate this scenario -- so well put that I'm
reproducing the entire text. (Bartholomew apparently filed
her objection last week and revised it this week; this is
the revised version.)
