Agreed, I hadn't considered that aspect. Each right will be infringed at its own time.

I wonder how that applies to the filing requirement? I facial reading of 412 seems to allow the Plaintiff to pick. Careful wording of the complaint may rule the day in this case.

Keith, who has the poor LS grades to prove that he hates these "what torts?" scenarios.
