Again, I am not a lawyer. I'm not an ILL person either, but I used to be. My understanding is that if copyright clearance is paid, CCL would indeed be the correct designation. I would expect one article to be CCG, except that they may already have requested an article from that issue at another time.
That said, it's always ok to verify this with the borrowing library if anything seems at all questionable. If you're on OCLC, I would use the conditional to verify that they have cleared the articles, either through the copyright holder or something like CCC. If they yes the conditional, you should be set. If it's not through OCLC or a similar system, then I would phone or fax.
I assume you've found the ILL-L list? That list is great for practical questions; I found it invaluable. If you're interested and haven't found it already, you can subscribe by sending an email with <subscribe ILL-L Firstname Lastname> to listproc[_at_]listserv.acns.nwu.edu.
