Dear Friends:
A patron of ours would like to use a word processor to produce letters for a banner. The intent is to distribute a banner pattern. The project would use a distinctive font that is presumably registered in the copyright office. Is it likely an infringement of the font designer's rights to use the word processor to create such a pattern?
Thanks for the opinions, which, of course, are not deemed to be legal advice and do not represent or evidence and attorney/client relationship.
