Hypothetical person has recorded some kids using a kiddie keyboard with an
auto backing/rhythm track (older readers think: "the BossaNova button on
the Hammond Organ", middle-aged readers think: "the 303" and younger
readers... you tell me).
They have releases from or for the kids to use said recording in a film; let us assume that these are valid for the original part of their composition and for their performance.
Is there any question about clearance for the auto-rhythm track? I've tried googling, naturally, but I'm not sure I have the right terms of musical or legal art because I'm getting dross. And we can assume that if there was an EULA with the device in question it's long gone.
UK law applies.
