Does anyone know about a good website or book which gives specific
guidelines for placing material on electronic reserve? Specifically a
professor at my institution wishes to place 38 non-consecutive pages
[seven different small sections] from an anthology of over 250 pages.
Does this constitute a significant portion? Does it matter whether pages
are consecutive or not? Is placing one section on reserve for a week,
taking it off, then placing another section on reserve, etc until all
seven have been done within one semester against the spirit of copyright
law? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
