I am not talking about text. My example is Google picture search. Is you ask for a picture of a person--Bush - you will recieve all pictures published in newspapers and so on. You see the picture and then a link to the paper.
I have a case in Sweden where a picture was unlawfully published and then I found it shown again on Googlesearch with a link to the paper. It was not made of a lawful copies placed on the newspapers homepage. This is in Sweden but it is possible to see all over the world of course. has there been any such cases in US?
