Thanks to everyone for the insights on the meaning of "contrary
to morality". The consensus seems that it is a boilerplate wording
and that it is extremely difficult to come up with a situation where
using Chessmaster can be contrary to morality.
One other thing that should be mentioned here is that Ubi Soft also sell many video games. Some of them are violent. I just assume that the terms and conditions in licenses for these video games are totally identical to the license that I have for Chessmaster 10th Edition. If the assumption is correct, this may explain why "contrary to morality" exists in license for seemingly innocuous chess game.
Just for anyone's curiosity, I also have Chessmaster 6000 (6th Edition). It was made in 1998 by Mindscape, Inc. that was a division of The Learning Company. It did not have the wording of "contrary to morality".
