On October 21 objectors' attorney Charles Chalmers filed with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals a formal Notice of Appeal of U.S. District Court Judge George B. Daniels' September 28 order approving the settlement in In re Literary Works in Electronic Databases Copyright Litigation. The appellate brief itself will be filed in the coming months, and of course we'll keep everyone apprised.
