Fair Use

I vaguely recall a recent posting (perhaps within the last six months) that referred to a study of fair use cases and provided some analysis of those cases with respect to the application of the four factors. (The fourth factor was the clear winner.)  

Does anyone have a reference to that posting or to the study?
