Given the 9th Circuit's record on appeal to the Supreme Court (the 9th is
the most overturned circuit) -- is any 9th Cir decision really "settled?"

Perfect 10 v. Google is in the Central District of California, where 9th Circuit decisions are most definitely settled law.
