Can anyone handle a copyright infringement suit in Georgia (the U.S. state, not the Eastern European nation) for a client of mine? Personal jurisdiction over the defendant here in Oregon is iffy, and we don't want to get bogged down in a fight over it. The defendant company is an LLC, whose registered agent, and principal place of business is in Wilkes Co. Georgia. Please respond privately.
