Albany Law School will present a two-day interdisciplinary conference on the Impact of Technological Change on the Creation, Dissemination and Protection of Intellectual Property on Oct. 26-28,2006, at The Cornell Club, New York, N.Y.
Panelists from the academic and legal communities will examine Intellectual Property issues while challenging the fundamental principles of Copyright Law and the pressing legal issues surrounding them. The distinguished group of thirty-five speakers is truly international and inter-disciplinary, and includes recognized experts in their fields from throughout the United States and from England, Scotland, Germany, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand. In addition to law professors and practicing lawyers, this international conference will be of value to academic and other professionals from technology, the museum and library worlds, and the arts.
