Hi,

I am writing a book - some collected essays & articles -"edited by" kind-of of book - which will be published in 2007.
The subject - a woman, let's call her S---- : she is still alive.

I feel that I cannot make money on that woman's life and work - so I intend to give her all proceeds. Now, regarding copyright: is it a good idea to copyright it under a collective name (ex. x fan-club)? and/or clarify with a C note: would S-- want to claim rights on part of this work ... she is welcome.

That is one example, and I am sure there are many when there is a void for this book to be published. Now, that S--- will publish it (wants to/is able to ...)remains to be seen.
On the other hand, I may have her silent approval, not her active collaboration.
Thanks for your input.
