At the risk of being accused of judging a DVD by its cover, these content partners are uniformly copyright owners or enforcers. I would be very wary of an "educational" offering that was so heavily, nay, *uniformly* one-sided on the side of the copyright owners' interests.

I would expect any objectively educational offering to include substantial input from organizations representing copyright consumers, e.g., the American Library Association, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Consumer Project on Technology, Stanford's Copyright & Fair Use Center, etc., as well as that from the organizations representing copyright owners.
