Mark's posting from the US, and the US is indeed a signatory to the convention; however, in the US, the Berne Convention is not self-executing, i.e., its provisions are not enforceable under the convention itself, but only under domestic US law. Received on Fri Feb 16 2007 - 23:35:55 GMT
