I have a faculty member in the Dance department that I have been trying to help
secure musical rights for modern dance programs. In the past I have had to do
this for each musical selection. She recently quoted another institution that
claimed they got "Grand Rights" through the National Association of Colleges an
d Universities Business Association. They pay a flat rate to ASCAP, BMI, and SE
SAC. Has anyone ever heard of Grand Rights and what they include or have a numb
er for NACUBSA?
