40 page article

I have received several requests concerning where the "40 page article" can be found, some privately and some through the list. The article is entited "Is the Library Without Walls on a Collision Course with the 1976 Copyright Act." It will appear in the summer 93 issue of Law Library Journal which should be out soon. I have agreed not to post it electronicly until after the paper version is published. After I get my copy of the summer 93 issue, I intend to put a copy (in WordPerfect 5.1 format) on the cni ftp site.
