About two weeks ago there was some discussion about the question of students
theses (MS PhD) being private records and therefore unavailable to copy withou
permission for each occasion. As a new Dean of the Graduate Student Services
Program at the Univ of Minnesota I would like some help. What was the bottom
line on this Office of Education Decision.
