Duke copyright "case"

My colleague in the University of Virginia's Art Department, Judy Thomas, has spoken with Bill Broom of Duke's Art Department regarding the rumor of a copyright lawsuit. Mr. Broom has no knowledge of such a case. As he is the person in charge of Duke's imaging project, I would imagine he'd be aware of any impending lawsuits.
