Re: droit de suite

Greetings fellow copyright junkies,

I am completing an LL.M. in Intellectual Property by writing a thesis on the moral right of American fine artists to a so-called resale royalty. Last December the Register of Copyright issued a report recommending that the droit de suite not be enacted into law at this time. I'm looking for as many pro-droit de suite articles to counter this report and would appreciate any help offered.
