lending video game cartridges

My response to Sheryl Steinke's question about school children lending Sega/Nintendo/Genesis game cartridges to other kids, with the proceeds going toward buying library books, was erroneous.

Although sec. 109(b)(1)(A) prohibits renting or lending computer programs for direct or indirect commercial advantage, (b)(1)(B) excepts video games.

So there are now alternatives to bake sales.
