RE recent messsage that called CaseBase in Conneticut and "inedependent
company" -- it is surely independent, but is owned by the Thomson
organization which also own Lawyers Cooperative, Clark Boardman
Callaghan, RIA, Bancroft-Whitney as well as other Canadian newsapaper
and communications companies ... but it is independent although
owned/controlled by Lord Thomson as West likes to point out at every
opportunity.
