EC Directives

In Oct of 1993, the EC issued a directive concerning the harmonization of copyright terms in member countries. I found a summary entry for the Directive in the CELEX database on LEXIS but the full text isn't there. Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the full text, especially an electronic copy?
