I can't suggest anything ibut was about to ask the list if people could recommend any good recent articles on fair use in general, fair use and the Internet, museum reproduction rights and their concerns re: digital and internet.
I'm reviewing Kenneth Crews' book, Copyright, Fair Use, and the Challenge for Universities, and wanted some additional, broader perspectives.
Maybe a short, running list of citations would benefit all.
