Call for Articles

The Santa Clara Computer & high Technology Law Journal is soliciting articles for publication. We invite readers to submit articles and essays of legal, scholarly nature, covering legal issues pertaining to intellectual property, computer law, biotechnology, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, licensing, economics and high technology, antitrust, and other current topics of high technology law.
