I would instead say "this notice," rather than "this copyright notice." Strictly speaking, the copyright notice consists of "(c) copyright 1994 Richard Schroeppel," and does not include the tacked on provisions.

Alternatively, you could say, "this copyright notice and the accompanying statement of limitations."
