Sorry I don't have the case citations handy, but I am aware of 2 cases.
One was _Step Saver v. The Software Link_, an appellate court decision
of a couple years ago (Third Circuit?).
The other was decided last summer in a court in Arizona, also against The Software Link.
If I find the cites somewhere handy, I'll pass them along.
