Barlow Article in "wired"

I've finally got hold of a copy of the Barlow article on intellectual property, thanks to "net-happenings" (which, btw,is a great service), and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd be very interested to see some comments on it from some of the copyright group....any takers? I thought his points about our legislators (world-wide) failing to come to grips with galloping technology were well made...
