The Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law is a new journal which has been launched by the Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research of the University of Limburg, Netherlands. The journal focuses on european and comparative law and, above all else, the concept of ius commune Europaeum. Articles contained in the journal address the need to search for and examine the common roots and principles upon which European legal systems are based.
The journal welcomes all forms of articles on this topic.
