West Publ v. Mitchell Gross & Lexscan

I am doing a paper on West Publishing Co. V. Mitchell Gross & Lexscan Data Corp. This is another suit by West Publishing involving the making of a CD-rom database of West Reporters (Southern Reporter).

If any of you have written on this or another case involving similar issues please let me know. Or if you have any info or suggestions, cites of other cases etc....
