I am exploring the conflating or expansion of meaning in the
opposites posited between speech and commercial speech, i.e., core value
speech vs commercial speech; commercial speech vs non-commercial speech;
commercial speech vs political speech, etc. Would appreciate examples
and cites, and, of course, discussion. Am interested over the whole
terrain of first amendment, copyright and trademark, etc. Thanks.
