The case involving the fair use and photocopying is {American Geophysical Union v. Texaco, Inc.} 802 F. Supp. 1., Docket No. 92-9341.

The case can be downloaded from the 2nd Circuit Court's BBS as 92-9341.OPN which is a Word Perfect 5.1 format file.

Those who would like to obtain it via FTP may do so from the following address:

It is 85K in size and must be copied in *binary* mode. I will make an ascii format copy available by Saturday.
