copyright and libraries

I need the help of cni-copyright

I am a student at the Kent State (OhIo) School of Library and Information Science doing research on copyright and libraries. I am quite interested in obtaining information from libraries about copyright related legal action taken against them,i.e, libraries that have been sued for copyright law violations, received cease and desist letters, settled claims or have otherwise been threatened with legal action. I would also like to know of major library projects that have been abandoned (or never started) because of serious concern about litigation.
