Re: New fair use case from CA2: American

I need to post a notice for our researchers, educators, other professionals in the UT System and I also plan to post the same notice to the NACUA (National Assn. of College and Univ. Attys.) describing the implications for nonprofit research entities of the TEXACO opinion. I've drafted something, about 4 or 5 pages with a few footnotes. Would anyone be willing to look it over and give me your comments, reactions, etc.
