With all the discussion of the CCC and Texaco, here's a question about the CCC that hits close to home for those of you in law teaching. Have any of you used the CCC Academic Permissions Service or the CCC generally for permissions for law school course packets? Are publishers of law reviews, treatises, case books and other academic legal materials generally represented by the CCC?
