The Columbia - VLA Journal of Law & the Arts is currently seeking manuscripts for its 1995 Spring and Summer issues. Please save this if you are interested in submitting articles any time thereafter as well.

The quarterly journal publishes articles dealing with a wide range of national and international entertainment, communication and intellectual property issues including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, moral rights, neighboring rights and publicity rights. In addition to our interest in articles focusing on traditional IP issues, this year's editorial board strongly encourages the submission of articles addressing legal challenges presented by new technologies. Legal issues arising on the Internet are an example of areas in which we would like to expand.

All articles submitted for consideration should be double-spaced, with citations placed in footnotes that conform to _A Uniform System of Citation_ (15th ed. 1991) ("The Bluebook"). Include two copies of the article, and please forward all submissions to the attention of the

(I'm still looking into getting the Journal an email account in its own name)
