For those who are keeping tabs on internet sites that are being shut down because of *alleged* (c) infringement, i add this info:

>From Associated Press--Chapel Hill, N.C.
Saturday November 26 _Clarion Ledger_ p 18A.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill provided an "Elvis Home Page" for almost a year. Sound clips of Elvis recordings, photos and even a "Cyber Graceland Tour" with images of his Memphis home were posted. This site was taken down this month at the request of the Presley estate's (Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc.) lawyers because it included copyrighted material. Lawyer Mark Lee said: "They might want to do its own version of Elvis in cyberspace some time." It was created by Andrea Berman, when she was a Texas A&M graduate student.

BTW, this *is* the key points in the very short article, and not the article in full. (I would hate to see _this_ list shut down because it contains "alleged" (c) infringing messages <grin>
