Juliet,

I'm actually something of a copyright supporter, but there's a guy named Tom Palmer, who used to be at George Mason's Institute for Humanistic Studies (I think) who has written against copyright and, I believe, other forms of IP as well. He comes at it from a strong natural law-libertarian perspective, viewing IP as an artificial government intrusion into private rights.

I think Wendy Gordon, now at Boston University, has cited some of his stuff. If you know her, she might be able to give you leads to him and to other copyright opponents.

If you come up with something good that us copyright proponents should recognize, let us know!
