The author of the postings on the WIPO meetings on the Berne Protocol is Seth Greenstein sethg[_at_]access.digex.net

I know Seth had some difficulty with his first couple of uploads from his hotel room. Having tried this sort of thing in the past, I realize that it may not be all that easy to add comments like sig files when uploading files on a connection different than your usual one. So if Seth doesn't add a sig block please excuse him.
