National Writers Union book on cyberspace copyright issues

In the article by Bruce Hartford in the Sunday November 27 issue of the San Francisco Chronicle-Examiner in the Business/Computing section, he mentioned that the National Writers Union has published a book on cyberspace copyright issues, with suggestions for writers and sample contracts etc. However there was no mention of the Book's Title nor of how to order one. Could someone please give me this information or tell me how to reach Bruce or the NWU so as to ask them.
