Apple v. San Francisco Canyon

I've heard that Apple is suing San Francisco Canyon Co. alleging theft of intellectual property and breach of contract. Apparently, Apple is subpoenaing evidence from Microsoft and Intel in this suit.

SF Canyon Co. signed contracts with Apple in 1992 and 1993 to develop Windows-based versions of QUICKTIME. Apparently, SF Canyon's alleged wrongdoing occurred when they did programming work for Intel

Anyone have any further details on this? A statement of claim might be nice but I relaize it may be difficult to obtain.
