I am interested in developing a course on Entertainment Law. My thought is that the course would build on principles already learned in copyright and trademark classes and would use some "simulation" type exercises (drafting, pleading, etc.) to teach subjects such as licensing, contract interpretation, rights of publicity, etc. If anyone out there has taught a course in Entertainment Law, either in a traditional format or otherwise, and would be willing to share materials (syllabi, texts, etc.). I would love to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
