You'll find pointers to all of GATT in ascii and in WordPerfect format (the last is gzipped for faster handling.

This will also search all the Whitehouse press releases and speaches that mention GATT (but you may also search for those separately via WWW at http://sunsite.unc.edu/ and look at Government Documents
